About Loren — Maintenance and More
I started Maintenance and More because I believed homeowners deserved better than what most contractors were delivering. Not just better work — better communication, better reliability, and a contractor who actually showed up when he said he would.
I'm a licensed general contractor with 18+ years in the trades, based right here in Vancouver, WA. I've done everything from full home remodels and custom carpentry to interior and exterior repaints and ADA accessibility work. My background in general contracting means I see things most painters and handymen miss — and I'll tell you about them, even when it's not strictly my job to notice.
Most of my work comes from referrals and repeat clients. I think that says more about how I operate than any marketing language could. When someone trusts me with their home once, they usually call me again — and they send their neighbors.
I specialize in working with homeowners who've had bad experiences with contractors before. I know what it feels like to be let down by someone you trusted with your home. My goal on every job is simple: leave you feeling like you made a good decision.
